Accounts found to belong to players under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any winnings forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. You further agree to notify 2jl11 immediately if you cease to meet any of these requirements at any point during your use of the Platform.

2jl11 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations in the Philippines. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 2jl11 may result in restrictions on withdrawals or suspension of your account.
Each player is strictly permitted to hold only one active account on the 2jl11 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 2jl11 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 2jl11 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 2jl11 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 2jl11 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as displayed on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to verification requirements. 2jl11 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
All transactions on the 2jl11 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 2jl11 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.
2jl11 is committed to full compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). We reserve the right to request additional documentation for any transaction that triggers our AML monitoring thresholds. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.
Note: Deposits are for gaming purposes only. 2jl11 does not operate as a financial institution and does not pay interest on account balances. Unused balances may be subject to dormancy policies as outlined in Section 10.

Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
2jl11 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements, or any other conduct that 2jl11 determines, in its sole discretion, to constitute exploitation of promotional offers.
2jl11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect bonuses already credited to player accounts in good faith.
All games available on the 2jl11 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the individual game rules specifically address the matter in question.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 2jl11 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 2jl11.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2jl11 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
2jl11's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 2jl11 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit. 2jl11 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through gameplay. Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose.
2jl11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 2jl11 has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players.
You may request the closure of your 2jl11 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 2jl11 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any required verification steps.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or account decisions, you may also escalate your complaint to the relevant gaming regulatory authority in accordance with applicable regulations.
2jl11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 2jl11 will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the 2jl11 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 10.2.
